Youth

In a fast paced world of progress, technology, and dissolving family units, loneliness and brokenness plague the hearts of adolescents. In the youth ministry at Journey we seek to create an environment of community "Ohana" style. For all those familiar with Lilo and Stitch, you know that Ohana means family. No one is left behind or forgotten.

As we seek to follow after Christ, we recognize His call to be united as one. We believe that we can become stronger together. It is the heart of this ministry that students in junior high and high school would find a place to belong and a place to seek after God. Regardless of a students place in their journey with God, we hope to offer a safe place for them to ask questions and pursue the heart of God. We pray that each individual would come to know healing, wholeness and the love of God.

In a world of questioning authority and absolute truths, we join together seek to know the Truth from the Word of God. Join us Sunday morning as we dive deep into the book of Romans for truth, wisdom and direction for godly living.

Small Group Night

Time: Wednesday, August 18 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Location: Victoria Gardens

We're having a night out! If you're in junior high or high school, join us at the Victoria Gardens outside food court between Starbucks and Jamba Juice at 6:30pm. We'll be hanging out and enjoying some relational building time with our small groups. Parents can pick up their students from the same location at 9pm. See you then!

Parent Night

Time: Wednesday, September 1 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Location: Victoria Gardens

If you are a Parent of one of our Terrific Teenagers then we would like to invite you to join us at the Road Runner house Wednesday evening September 1st for a parent night, including dinner. While your teens are participating in youth group as normal, parents and youth staff will be gathering to share ideas, questions, visions and prayers for the teens. Specifically we will be focusing on our upcoming series on Sexual Purity. Please join us for this amazing night!
